Bought fixtures for our project and Kristen went above and beyond helping us. She gave us the best pricing through sales and helped guide us through the process. Was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Would recommend checking out this store!
I visited the store because I needed to replace my broken kitchen Kohler faucet. Johanna, one of the consultants, immediately let me know that Kohler products are guaranteed for life, something I didn't recall, and she immediately used her direct line to call. With little wait, Kohler let me know they would send me a whole new faucet at no cost, and it's beautiful! It's a great store! We bought our bathroom fixtures there as well and had a very good experience getting help.
Kristen was very helpful with our bathroom vanity purchases . When are faucets weren’t going to be delivered on time for our installation Johanna had them overnighted to us . Would recommend to go here for vanities and service and follow up was excellent! Pleasure to work with these two !
