Very disappointed in the building manager. As demonstrated by his aggressive attitude, he had no sensitivity to our difficulty in getting my mother in law into the building for an appointment. She requires assistance and the handicapped ramp was on another side of the building. What is very disheartening is my husband’s family owed a business in this very building for over 30 years. The building manager threatened to call the police instead of understanding the challenges of the elderly and those that care for them. I am sad and disappointed by this very negative interaction. He obviously needs sensitivity training.

the very worst.i had a cat scan and was misdiagnosed by michael gary hewitt.do.this guy should not be in practice especially to read cat scans.this is at the commons in downingtown pa.i am a nurse and glad i got a second opinion.

I have been going to Penn Radnor for my mammograms for 20 years. I recommend that you choose another institution. The covid precautions were poor, the seating not 6 ft apart, and the staff did not attempt to socially distance -- easy to do when escorting into rooms. I was forced to use a closet for my minimal clothing--they are not cleaned between patients nor are the changing rooms. I was escorted to the mammogram waiting room through the actual dexascan room where I just received my own dexascan just a few weeks earlier--contaminating this room by using it as a walk through for general patients. After my mammogram, I had to ask in the general hallway in a loud voice how to exit--there were no signs or anyone to escort you out. There were four staff members standing and chatting together. I do not have confidence that I received a quality mammogram. There was no way to make this complaint to Penn directly online--I searched for 30 minutes. RV
