Dr. Bob is the best ! As long as he's there, I would never leave. He's always nice and super careful not to hurt when giving needles or when doing any procedures! He's very calming to the patient.

Dr. James Pickel is a world-class, brilliant dentist who was able to save teeth another dentist wanted to hastily pull. For six years, I had avoided dentists after having back-to-back poor experiences with other dentists. I had tried and failed to reverse two cavities while other emerging ones worsened. Myself and my husband have been going to King of Prussia Dental for as long as I can remember. Dr. Rapine is simply the BEST! He is passionate about providing care to his patients, trustworthy, caring, and an all around good guy! Most recently my husband had a dental emergency and he assisted immediately without hesistation. I cannot thank him enough for being so accomadating on his day off. My dental hygienist Jen is also amazing and very efficient during every cleaning. These two individuals always take great care of us and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
