Tesla Collision King of Prussia

What an awesome experience! Not something you would typically hear when they need to drop their Tesla off because someone hit them blah blah blah. Anyway Chris and the rest of the team did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. The whole experience was easy, efficient, no stress whatsoever with this during a time where I'm completely stressed out with something else. I couldn't be happier thank you guys so much!

I went in for a ding on my car from a car door. The customer service at Tesla Collision was great! Nick was great to work with and very communicative, which I very much appreciated. I haven’t had the greatest experience with Tesla in the past, but my more recent dealings with Tesla West Chester and now Tesla Collision have really turned things around. While I don’t want to have to need him for obvious reasons, I look forward to working with Nick and the team at Tesla Collision in the future.

Mateo and his team were amazing! Mateo took time answering all my questions and seamlessly worked with my insurance company. When it was time for me to pick up my vehicle Nick was the nice bow on top to round out the experience. Great experience overall and my Tessie is back!
