I recently purchased a whole house generator from Colonial Electric through Costco. I had a problem with Costco getting my shop card, which was promised at the time of purchase. Without the help from Shawn Arndt I’m not sure I would have been able to obtain this card. Thankfully Shawn helped me to obtain it. He was so responsive and helpful. Thanks again Shawn.
Great experience dealing with Colonial Generators! The four folks we dealt with most were Gail, who handled the admin and permits; John, who oversaw the project from start to finish; and both Darwin and Miguel, our installers, not only worked hard, but the way they ran the lines (perfect for my Type A personality), and were respectful of our home, both inside and out. Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough in ensuring the system worked, and we were comfortable with its operations as well.
