“Normally, when I write reviews, I like to build to a crescendo with how great the service was at a particular place, but there is absolutely no time for that. I have continually been impressed with Matt and his team at the RDS studio with their service to their clients. I brought my Mclaren 720 S in for service after was having some minor falls regarding the electric electrical system. Normally, when you deal with manufacturers and studios of this caliber, people are very standoffish and challenging to work with. Matt and his team are absolutely spectacular to deal with and they are extremely transparent and patient. i’m very thankful to have them as a resource as owning this car has presented itself with some points. Matt spend a lot of his time on the phone with me helping vouch for my car to Mclaren in order to get the warranty process organized and has been extremely transparent along the whole process. I can’t thank these guys enough and I really appreciate their willingness to help me. The service is very expensive, but it’s worth it when you get to deal with people of this caliber.
