Stonemasters was the last store we visited in our search for a quality product and friendly service . We were close to throwing in the towel . Walking into tye store and meeting with Karlene we knew right away something was different. She seemed to care , seemed to understand our needs and most of all was PATIENT !! Throughout our entire process Karlene has been our liason. She's responded quick , she's been super informative and most of all seems to enjoy what she does ! My experience with the entire team at Stonemasters was flawless and excellent. They pride themselves on a very high standard of Customer Service and this is exactly what I experienced. This is my second time using them and I highly recommend this company. It speaks volumes of the owners and management! Everyone was very responsive, knowledgeable and on schedule.
