Dr. McLaughlin is a thorough professional who takes his time with each patient but also keeps his appointment times with no waiting. He has served both me and my wife well through the last decade or more. He is personable, highly responsive (often calling his patients in person), and superbly well prepared when he meets each patient. He is a great general practitioner.

I came to this office as a new patient needing to be seen ASAP after the local Urgent Care misdiagnosed my problem and gave me an incorrect antibiotic. Getting appointments around Chester County in a reasonable time can be very difficult if you have no prior relationship with the practice. This office was considerate towards my circumstances and saw me the next day. Dr. Ray has been accommodating and thorough. I don't believe you will find a better family doctor in the area.
