Less than a year ago I purchased four new tires from Quick Lane and they were great to work with! They had the best price and the customer service was excellent. Fast forward to this week when I noticed a screw stuck in of my tires. I immediately brought it in to the them. They quickly assessed the situation and we made a plan to order a new tire next day since the location of the screw could not be safely patched. Fortunately, the tire wasn’t punctured and the new tire wasn’t necessary. I am very grateful for their quick accommodation and honesty. Will continue to bring my car there in the future!
