To think this all finally began a little over 8 weeks ago! Just wanted to reach out on behalf of Ann and I to tell you all how thrilled we are with how the backyard turned out.
I’d first like to commend Matt and Brad who were the consumate professionals. From always showing up, to their absolute attention to detail was exemplary. The GreenRoots team did a wonderful job on a recent landscape project around my barn. The project included extending a retaining wall, regrading the surrounding area, designing a new driveway and installing plantings. From the design phase through installation, I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. My questions were answered quickly, and when changes were needed they worked with me to ensure a successful result. Bryan, the site manager, kept me well informed about the progress of the project and responded to messages quickly. Start with genuine attentiveness to the customer because that’s a precious, rare quality. Add meticulous consideration for detail and design - as if it was their own home. Throw in elite business acumen, passion for the work, open and frequent communication and, above all, unparalleled quality. That’s GreenRoots. Our pool project far exceeds expectations and makes being outside akin to a resort oasis. Josh, Bryan and the entire team are wonderful human beings. Consider yourself lucky if able to work with them. My wife and I won’t go anywhere else.
