My husband and I recently purchased a cemetery lot, and we decided to also order our headstone. We stopped in at Chardy Memorials on a whim, not having an appointment and not having a clear idea of what we wanted. We met with Beth, who was extremely patient in explaining our various options as to size and shape, inscriptions, materials, the installation process, and the like. Beth created many versions of a marker on her computer, and we had an enjoyable time trying various combinations of script style and material. Chardy's has been amazing at helping me and my grandmother at a stressful and sad time. They have sent over numerous proofs to ensure that my grandmother had every detail exactly as she wanted and so she wouldn't have to go to the office in-person. We understand that during COVID, everything can be a longer process, which is no reflection on them. During this time they have had wonderful communication. They have kept me updated every step of the way. I cannot wait to see the beautiful quality of work once the stone is placed. The cemetery unfortunately has been a bit behind in laying the foundations.

Choosing a memorial for a loved one is emotional and overwhelming. The team at Chardy are so professional and helped me step by step through the process of designing my father's tombstone. They did an amazing job getting to know his story so the design captured his legacy that will last an eternity. The end result is simply beautiful!
