Real Living Real Estate Experts - Kane Office
“A realtor that always puts her client first . Yvonne was my buyer’s agent in 2009 and my seller’s agent for my waterfront townhome in 2023. She helped negotiate the best prices both times. She is available 7 days a week by text, email and phone. She is experienced, extremely professional, hard working and tenacious. The listing and photos were amazing and really showed off my home. I had a complex issue during the sale regarding the Florida Milestone Inspection she spent hours coordinating and communicating with the local city building inspector, condo association, condo president, buying agent, the buyers, and myself to make sure that the deal went through. I closed 41 days from listing!”
