Staff is very nice and friendly.
I have been going to this dentist for the past 10 years, starting at the Somerset location and now at the Johnstown location and I have to say their service has gone downhill! But let me clarify, the Doctors are EXCELLENT, it is their staff that has been lacking! From miscommunication, to rescheduling appointments and again not communicating! We plan our day around the “given appt time”, and for it to not be fulfilled because they can’t communicate properly between establishments is becoming a pain! And to top it off they know it’s a problem but have yet to fix it!
I love this dentist office ! They took really good care of my daughter explained everything to her so she would not be scared. Thank you!!! You all are Amazing
