I cant say enough about what a great experience it was working with Bill and Sue. They truly went above and beyond selling the estate of my Father. This was a difficult time for me especially living in Oregon with my Father's estate in Pennsylvania. Bill and Sue walked me through the entire process, worked with my estate attorney and even took care of hiring the landscaping service, auction house, and clean out crew. They made everything easy for me and kept in constant communication even with the 3 hour time difference. The property sold for more than I expected with multiple offers. Very happy with the service I received from their team. Without going into a long story of my situation I will say that Cory helped us sell a house while we were living in another state. He set up appointments, made recommendations for services needed and handled everything while we were in another state. Our house sold within 2 weeks of listing and I am very grateful for all the help I received in this stressful time.
