Jadene helped us in choosing our LVT flooring, we have cats and wanted pet friendly flooring to replace light colored carpeting. Bob initially took measurements, then returned to check on how things were progressing. Joe Patula and Darren Kordell were our installers. They did a beautiful job and went over and above what we expected. We're very happy that we chose REC and would highly recommend them. They did 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 halls, steps, and a landing. The job took several days and everyone was very personable and friendly.
The products I've received were high quality. The installation services are good and reasonably priced. The employees are nice, accommodating, and willing to answer questions. It's a place I've returned to for business and recommended to others.
R.E.C.has everything you would expect from a store that has stood the test. Nice showroom and they can line you up with good installers. They used to have a section where they had work boots, jeans, etc,& I thought it was a cool extra thing around that just made it unique. Staff are super knowledgeable in regards to their products & warranties.Their crpt installers rates are best in this area.
