Great place but... I love how my nails turned out. But two of them fell off in 13 days. I went back and they redid them for free and then later that day a different nail broke off. What the heck? Acrylic should last longer and be stronger than that. I can't go back every day to get them fixed.
I won’t go anywhere else. Ben killed my nails asked me through each step if I was happy. People were wonderful and it was nice and clean! Also it went so fast but he didn’t rush! Wonderful experience and people! WAY better than the mall and place beside the mall! FYI!!
I have always had such a great experience at Luu Nails with Ben! He is incredibly talented, patient, and pays so much attention to detail. My nails always come out exactly how I want, clean, precise, and absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and you can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. My nails always last so well.
