Ps: 1hr 15min for Kastelic to listen to my lungs, he didn't even ask me about the torn meniscus in my knee or address my medication's he hands me paper for blood work and says I'll see you later !!!!! I was furious!!!!!!! The man just doesn't care about his patients !! Getting a new family Doctor !!!!!!!!

First off let me say that Dr. Malicki has been great with me, as long as I have been his patient. I have no complaints about him. However, the rest of the office, from the reception staff, to the nurses, even the other doctors and PAs have a poor attitude and no empathy for anyone. I’ve regularly heard personal, private information about patients while I’m waiting in the lobby. The reception staff and nurses openly discuss, and laugh about, the patients conditions and concerns. When I call to get a message to Dr Malicki the nurses are as ignorant as they can be. They ask about medications then talk over me while I’m trying to tell them the dosage. It’s an always thing the office staff needs all fired and new people put in. I have a business and if I acted the way they do I would not have a client.Also anyone that’s a patient there listen closely while you’re in the office or on the phone with them.
