Excellent experience with Crawdac Computer Services.
She got me in the day I called to get my computer dropped off. A few days later contacted that work was complete & ready for pickup.
Fast. Professional and best of all pricing.
Thanks so much for saving all my stuff off a dead unit.

My desktop computer "died" last November, but since I had my laptop it was not a really high priority to get it fixed/replaced. I finally called Crawdac Computer Services and took the unit to Diane just before I went on vacation. She determined it was unfortunately beyond fixing but she was able to retrieve my data. She found me a new unit, purchased it (with my approval) and set it up for me. When I finally came to pick it up, she walked me through the new system enough so that I was comfortable with it.Many thanks Diane. What would I do without you!

Again had excellent service from Crawdac Computer Services. Diane is very good with computers and knows her stuff. I have done business with her 3 times with excellent service each time. Her prices are reasonable and she explains everything to you about what she did to repair your computer. I highly recommend Crawdac Computer Services in Johnstown.
