Keith (the repairman) serviced my Ac/Heater fan, I couldn’t have asked for a more polite and professional tech. He came in, quickly assessed my problem explained it, and listed my options. The first day he was there he took apart everything that needed disassembled, making it a well used hour, and the day my part came in he returned, he was able to reassemble my unit very fast because it was all neatly set up from the first day, wires prepped, screws neatly organized and ready to go. He also educated me on how to upkeep more efficiently. Brian Hale and his team worked with me to help identify the cause of a sewer gas smell that was ultimately due to stagnant water beneath the foundation, which they suspected and advised me. Everyone I worked with was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Brian Hale in particular, was very patient, humble, respectful, and knowledgeable in answering my many questions as I was desperate to try and find the source of the problem.
