When my husband called he spoke to Sami who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! We got a quick and convenient appointment (non-emergency issue). Justin did a terrific job installing a new shower head and access door as well as fixing our toilet. He was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up when he was done! Definitely our new go-to plumbing service!

Sean was great, got our clog out in no time and made sure it was completely out and that all pipes were water tight when putting them back together. He even provided an estimate on future work we will need done. Thanks again, Sean!

Old water heater was leaking, sadly could not be salvaged. Tech Cameron came out and took a look, gave us our options, we chose to stay with 1-Tom, and off he went to get a new water heater. He got it installed in about 2 hours, cleaned up afterwards, and advised us of some potential issues with our old house plumbing down there. This was my first choice when fishing around for plumbing folks, and I'd be happy to call 1-Tom for any future needs.
