The team at Servepro was very knowledgeable and professional. Brandon and Dan went beyond the job expectations and explained the process in ways that were understandable to the layman. Brandon was was a man of his word and very accommodating.
Servpro showed up early and immediately addressed our water leak issue which affected three rooms. Nick was thorough, professional and friendly. He identified the cause and kept us informed every step of the way. His crew worked hard and was very respectful of our property. Excellent service.
SERVPRO of Carbon County, Pocono Pines were absolutely tremendous and responsive when our basement was flooded out over the holidays. From the minute Brandon & Dan got in touch, we were put at ease (no small thing!) and he and his team took it from there. They did good, careful work quickly & were honest and scrupulous with costs. And little details like Brandon providing a personal cell phone and being reachable after hours went a long way. In general they made an awful experience a lot more bearable. THX!
