We couldn’t be happier with our experience here! We have a Saint Bernard puppy who was completely new to grooming, and after two visits, we are impressed with Nora and her staff. He always comes home looking amazing, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy and comfortable. The staff genuinely seem to love him. He’s a little nervous when it comes to having his nails trimmed, but they are incredibly patient and gentle. It’s clear that they truly care about the pets they groom. We feel completely comfortable leaving our puppy in their hands and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, professional groomer!
I cried when I saw BRINSLEY ROSE.. Nora is amazing. Loving and patient while grooming. My dog is a rescue. And had never had any of these services although she did love baths at home. I did not recognize my dog. She did everything I asked exactly the way I asked. And I was in the waiting room and I heard BRINSLEY was scared of something. And I heard Nora. Speak calmly. And reassuring her that she was safe. I knew I found the right place. In my medical van came to pick me up early. And this wonderful woman offered to bring my dog home for me so I wouldn't miss the van and I got a happy-go-lucky little girl home. Who looked amazing I would recommend this groomer.
