Dr. Herrington is truly the best. She’s through, easy to talk to, and always eager to get to the bottom line when you need her too. We’ve been in her care for coming up on 2 years and it’s the best healthcare decision we’ve ever made.

When you have a medical concern and you can talk plainly with your doctor and they have time to talk *with* you (and not just to you or "over you") about the issue, when you feel truly heard because they sincerely listen... that's a great feeling. Everything in this world is rushed, bottom lined and moved along. You're a number. You're a name. A billing address. You, as a person, mean very little. But when we visited Pine Creek Family Medicine...the atmosphere was the total opposite. Sue, who greeted us, was friendly and polite. She took time to explain the paperwork needed to be filled out and answered any questions we had. Dr. Harrington welcomed us into her exam room and sat down to ask questions. She made eye contact with us, not only while she asked questions BUT while we answered them. She wrote down a few notes but I noticed how attentive she was to the responses. She has wonderful active listening skills and her ability to make you feel like you are her only concern is a rare trait to find in a doctor. I knew just from the Meet and Greet hour we spent with her, I too would be making the move to becoming a patient of hers. I would strongly encourage any and everyone who is seeking a doctor that truly has the heart to provide personalized treatment and not just some "generic medicinal bandaid" for your health to give Pine Creek Family Medicine a visit. I'm thankful my husband found them. The monthly fee and the services provided are very affordable. The personal interaction she provides is sincere and invaluable.
