I have been going to Peggy Mandel’s virtual chair yoga classes on Wednesday and Friday since the Covid isolation began. It has been a life saver mentally and physically. Because Elizabeth records these classes it is always possible to catch up if you are unable to attend at the usual time. Some of the regular attendees I have know for twenty years and just to see their faces as Peggy checks us in is heart warming . Peggy’s classes are just wonderful and I am very thankful Fit for Life has offered these. Thank you Elizabeth!
