Can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. Called Joe for a third opinion after being told by two HVAC contractors that my central A/C needed to be replaced @ a cost of $7500 - $11,300 since it needed repairs that could not be cost-justified for an older system. Joe answered all of my questions, corrected misinformation I had received from other contractors and had the system up and running in minutes without any new parts. Highly professional, interested in customer’s needs and provided the information to enable the customer to make an educated choice.
We had a new system installed which included new duct work in an old house that had several difficult obstacles and they were able to problem solve and get it done at a good price. Friendly and professional service. The team was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. We trust them for all our needs.
I was relieved and happy to have found these guys. A blower motor and fan went out on my furnace, and I have a 2 month old at the house. I went through the whole warranty song and dance, and (shocker) the warranty on the unit was difficult to navigate. Most places would have told me to go on, but they not only did the work but helped me through the situation. I know that doesn't sound like much, but in this day and age if you don't know how much ACTUALLY HELPED ME WITH MY WARRANTY means then read this again.
