Twelve years ago, Champion Waterproofing waterproofed our basement and garage, and both have remained completely dry ever since. Recently, during the home inspection before selling our house, we discovered that the sump pump discharge pipe had become disconnected from the downspout drain leading to our side yard. Champion responded quickly and reconnected the pipe within a day.

Their workmanship has stood the test of time, and they truly stand behind their warranty and their customers. We are extremely pleased with both the quality of their work and their outstanding service. This review is bittersweet. I used these guys a few years ago at my house and they were wonderful. Work completed timely, cleaned up the job, were awesome. Recently I had another indoor french drain installed. The actual french drain was installed in about 4 hours and was very nice. However, they left the job with a few things unfinished. When I ask about finishing those few things they said they would be back. Finally after much follow-up, their service guy, he was awesome, showed up and completed the job, however 7 days later. Next time, and I hope there is no need, please finish before you leave!
