Guaranteed fun…cardio drumming! The 1-hour class at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Upper St Clair is a GREAT way to get energized or re-energized on a Friday afternoon. Eric and Dakota are excellent instructors who encourage you to have fun while getting fit. The music is a mix of oldies and new songs that I’m often singing along with while drumming on my yoga ball. It’s a super fun group of people who take full advantage of hydration breaks by chatting and laughing about anything and nothing. It’s just pure fun! The Cardio Drumming class held at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Upper St. Clair is fantastic. The hour-long class is a great workout and a guaranteed good time. Our instructor Dakota plays upbeat music while we drum on yoga balls, click drumsticks in the air, and move our bodies. Dakota continually adds new songs to the playlist to keep things interesting. He has a good sense of humor, too! I look forward to class each Friday.

Allstar has helped my husband so much…Eric works very well with him and the commitment he has is so evident. This is good, caring, and thoughtful therapy . Always challenging and introducing new exercises and never rushed. They take a holistic approach while educating the patient in the process. A+++!!
