The difference between the realtor who sold our first home to us and Cathy were night and day!!!!!
The first realtor was interested in showing us homes at the very top of our price range which did not leave alot of wiggle room financially. My husband felt there was not concern for helping us purchase our first home but for his commission We were due to sign papers the next day and my husband could not sleep the night before. Although we could afford it, we would struggle to be able to afford to do other things as a newly married couple.
We told him of our concern and found a home that we felt more financially comfortable with.
When it was time to move as we were outgrowing our first home we found Cathy Schultz. What a breath of fresh air!!!! My husband and I never saw someone work so hard for us and our family. It was not about her but about the right home for our family.

My son started taking classes at Action Karate in January of 2023. The metamorphosis that we have observed has been nothing short of magnificent. He began as a less than confident boy who remained on the periphery of most situations, and over the past two and a half years, has blossomed into a confident, charismatic, and principled pre-teen with an incredible awareness of his body and mind. He has truly learned the meaning of GRIT. The instruction he has received from this dojo was exactly what he needed to become his best self. The teachers are amazing! There is an excellent balance of compassion and consideration paired with consistency and steadiness of expectations to try your personal best. Now in the midst of working towards his black belt, now more than ever, is he embracing the hard work that is needed to achieve such a great accomplishment with as much support as he needs from the Action Karate Family. This experience will truly change the trajectory of his life!

We needed to add a new mini-split. Our usual AC guy retired and he recommended A-MACK and Anthony. Anthony was great, he responded quickly to all calls and emails. His pricing was fair and reasonable. When it came time for the install, he and his team were on time, respectful of property (laid drop cloths) and cleaned up. Everything was done in one day -- and he had a lttle time to check out our existing mini-splits for the upcoming season.
Anthony is "our guy" for HVAC from now on. Highly recommend!

I feel they answered my questions and helped me reach my own conclusions. It gave me a sense of power as a homebuyer to not feel forcefully swayed in a certain direction, especially given that in this tough housing market, so many things feel very out of the buyer's control.Business is business, but I prefer to do business with people who make me feel cared for and offer warmth, professionalism, compassion, and honesty. You will find all those things and more with Bridge Valley; I genuinely could not recommend them enough!

I’ve been going to Jamison Chrio for at least 10+ years. I play a silly amount of golf. Coupled with the daily activities of being a single full time parent of two…. I tend to get out of alignment a lot. My issues are always met with the most relaxed attitude and confidence that “we’ll sort you out” and boy do they. No matter how bad my condition when going in I without fail walk out every time. Best in the area. Don’t hesitate.
