I’m a new customer of WM and originally wrote a pretty scathing of them based on my initial experience, but they reached out to me to address the problems I was having and apologized for the mistakes. I’m much happier now. The whole process would have gone smoother if their helpline made it easy to talk to a real person, so I recommend they make that change to better serve new customers in the future.
Great experience, no trash ever left on the ground. When there is a larger item & it's placed to the curb on one of the designated days, it always picked up. If there was something to improve on, it would only be that the lid was always closed.Can fills with water when it rains. With the cans being dumped by a mechanical arm I am not sure how easy that would be?
I just described this experience in the other page but to make it short my daughter had a terrible garbage company,she is disabled and has a problem carrying heavy garbage down to her can, this company kept skipping her and giving her all kinds of rules to throw garbage away. And they did not provide a garbage can.so I saw a neighbor with a new green can and looked them up online. I ordered her service immediately, the website was so easy, the prices are low and they are very consistent. A giant can was delivered the next day. They have many services and it's so nice to get treated like a human again. Thank you Waste Management
