“I have had to live on $75: a week , it took me literally from Dec 1 , 2023 to April ,2024 of me asking over and over for my money to replace my broken phone they do take out a fee of my money to mail me a check I do not get any statements of what I have each month . Thumbs up it was impossible to receive a call back from them leaving messages upon messages somehow I ended up not having anything saved through this whole time I have been trying to play catch up with groceries personal needs etc since day one until this day September 20 but recently here for the last couple months didn't call backs had been awesome usually the same day or the next day I will receive response get money has become so much easier I have been able to call them tell them what I need how much and they have sent the check out that day or if not by the next day so they have been more enjoyable and more easier to work with so I have to give them a higher. There are still a little something that need to be worked on getting statements each month for how much and where my money being spent how much is saved but I do have a lot less complaints towards them I hope they keep on improving and doing a better job“
