Will was a fantastic mobile mechanic! Gave me a very reasonable and thorough estimate for the work I needed done, and was very quick to schedule an appointment. When weather got in the way of our original appointment, Will was there early the very next day and was extremely communicative with me the whole time. I'm super impressed with how quickly they got the work done and even more impressed with how reasonable their rates are for these types of work! One other note - I was having an oil leak fixed, and there is hardly a drop of oil where they were working, so I know they kept things very clean and tidy. I spoke with Will on the phone about the issues my car was having and the steps I'd already taken to address the issues. He was able to give me an accurate, simple diagnosis just from chatting (unlike the other mobile mechanics in the area with whom I'd spoken), which gave me the confidence I needed to order the required part. It ended up being a very simple job (bad starter motor) so I handled it myself to save money. I offered to send him $50 just because the consultation was so helpful.
