Yesterday evening I turned on my AC and realized that the house was not getting cool as it should. I woke up this morning to the AC still running but the temperature in the house was 81. I called Germek and hoped they could schedule a service call some time this week. To my delight the lady called early the same afternoon to tell me that repairman Michael would be at my house shortly. About an hour later my AC was back in excellent operating order!! I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED FAST, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL service from this company.

We woke to an indoor temperature of 61 degrees so I called L. Germek Heating & Cooling the same folks who installed the furnace, central air and who replaced the ductwork years ago. Karen answered and she professionally took my information and asked a few questions to give the technician an idea as to what we experienced. Karen let me know that she would have Mike come out as soon as he finished the call he was out on now. Karen called me a little later to let me know that Mike was on his way and asked what door he should come to when he arrived. Mike from L.
