After 21 years of being a loyal customer and waiting for 2 months for someone to come & fix my furnace they just decided they're not coming because I live to far & of course they didnt even call me to let me know. Now I find out from a new company that they sold me a furnace that's way to big & it caught on fire. They also used caulking instead of replacing the broken part. Thanks for leaving my family with a dangerous furnace!!!Services: Heating system maintenance

We woke to an indoor temperature of 61 degrees so I called L. Germek Heating & Cooling the same folks who installed the furnace, central air and who replaced the ductwork years ago. Karen answered and she professionally took my information and asked a few questions to give the technician an idea as to what we experienced. Karen let me know that she would have Mike come out as soon as he finished the call he was out on now. Our home needed service on our unit and we asked around for who to use locally and were highly recommended by a couple people to call Germek Heating and we were not disappointed. We had an issue with our system and the secretary was very pleasant taking our information and keeping us informed on when they would be able to come out to service. The gentleman that came was very professional and friendly and explained what was wrong and quickly fixed the issue. The pricing was extremely fair and we will definitely pass on the recommendation to others in the future.
