About Ella Nail Spa
Ella Nail Spa offers a mixed experience. While the staff is friendly and hardworking, with the owner doing a good job, the salon could use a thorough cleaning. Prices are competitive, but a bit on the high side. Although appointments may be delayed, the technicians are skilled and do a good job once they start. Clients can expect a pleasant and patient experience, especially when bringing children. However, there may be some issues with punctuality and the durability of nail finishes. Overall, Ella Nail Spa is a decent option for nail care, but some improvements are needed.
I’ve taken my girls two times there to get their nails done as walk ins. Everyone there is so amazing and kind and my girls absolutely LOVE their nails each time! Only place they want to go to! Thank you for being awesome!
I walked in with my two girls (6&8) and they took us Right in even tho they were pretty booked. Everyone was very polite and courteous, my nails look beautiful (solar), I hope they last a while. They were also very sweet and patient with my girls! The only reason why not 5 stars because I don't know how long my nails will last (I was promised they wouldn't chip) and I did feel a bit awkward at times, because they were almost a little too non-chalant.
I have been there twice, once with appt and once as a walk-in. Miss T did my nails both times and was happy to help create any ideas I had. The polish lasted so long I had to go back only when my nails grew so long. Very happy and will definitely be back!Service: Gel manicures
