Jay and her daughter are wonderful animal lovers. I have been using this kennel for 20 plus years and they have always been super nice to my boxers over the years. My latest is now almost 12 and white named Louie . He is Feisty one but they manage him well. They take extra care with his quirks. Nothing but good experiences. They give a groom each stay and he comes out smelling so wonderful and nails clipped. Don’t know why some bad reviews. Doesn’t not make sense to me.

They got my beagles in, in an emergency so I could be admitted to the hospital. Took good care of my girls. And highly affordable for someone on a fixed income.
