“My mom has been patronizing New Image for years and years, and I had my first opportunity to stop in recently. This salon is a small location in a small strip of businesses. It can be easy to drive by it as the entrance is a little hidden. The salon has a number of specialty gift type items like jewelry and accessories, in addition to several walls of hair care and beauty products. There is a small children's play area and the clientele seemed to vary in age. My mom is elderly and definitely a hair challenge. However in about an hour or so her long time stylist, Penny, had her hair colored cut and styed and a bit of waxing. It all looked fabulous! The cost however, was half what I pay for a similar service in a higher end salon. I think Penny has the skill to command higher prices, but it may be the customer base does not allow for that. I can also attest that the cut and style my mom receives is well maintained until the next visit. I imagine this is the case for others receiving their hair care services here.“

Josi and her team did an AMAZING job with our wedding this past weekend. She was ready to begin early and accomplish make-up and hair for 5 bridesmaids and me (bride) in less time than anticipated. This added time gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy the morning before our first-look photos! Her team was able to match with precision each vision and picture of hair and make-up that the bridesmaids showed her and each walked away feeling amazing!

With leftover time, she even offered to help touch up the mother of the groom and a friend even though we hadn't originally scheduled for them! Josi was calm and professional. Her team's ability to make each person feel beautiful for this special day was well worth the investment.“
