We loved working with Lee Ann! She was very knowledgeable in selling our old house and helping buy our new one. It's a very stressful and lengthy process, but Lee Ann was on top of everything every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend her!
Lee Ann was such a great match when I was home shopping. She was particularly knowledgeable about the inventory on the market and absolutely saved me time because she already knew some houses that looked good on paper wouldn't be a match for me. I was a first time home buyer and it was great to work with a professional who knew her stuff. She gave great suggestions and was able to speak intelligently and with experience on many home repair/remodeling items. Lee Ann is very responsive to communication! Any time I reached out I had a quick answer or solution. My home search lasted several months and the communication was consistent the entire time. When it came time to close, Lee Ann already had an experienced team in place to cover all of my needs - home inspectiors, the closing attorney, and other tradesmen all had a positive working relationship with Lee Ann. I think that this made all of my scheduling much easier. Overall I would absolutely recommend working with Lee Ann and I'll return to her with any future realtor needs. Most importantly, I love my house!
