Called this place since I saw they were the closest carrier dealer. I diagnosed a furnace in a home I recently purchased and discovered the heat exchanger was bad. Searched online and saw mine was under warranty. They charged me $105 for 30 mins of their time to say “yes your heat exchanger is bad”…. (Which I already told them was the issue) They charged me N additional $1600 to change the heat exchanger. The part was under warranty so it was $0. I was charged $1600 in labor, which was 2 guys roughly 4 hours. They started at 830, were gone before 1. Spoke to the owner about the $105 service charge for essentially nothing and he was the most unreasonable and unpleasant...read full review

I recently had a problem with my pilot light going out. I called Mandy at 8 am, and she was able to send my requested technician to my home by 10:30. He fixed the issue with no problems. Very happy with the service, and have used this business for 20+ years.

They installed a new furnace in my 80+ year old fathers place, and did not even check to see if the current filter was wrong or dirty. It would have taken the installer 5 seconds, to determine the filter in the house was incorrect, and not in working order. They also did not properly aluminum tape the plenum. They really do not care about their work, and do shoddy, incomplete work. I would not use this company period! And if I could, I would give them zero stars!
