The physical therapist himself was excellent. The person at the front desk was ableist. Patient I accompanied was in a wheelchair, could not see over the wall in front of the main window. Receptionist refused to serve this person at the lower window made for wheelchair access. Made them come to main window. Did not at any time look the patient in the eye, greet them or treat them as a human being. Terrible treatment, terrible first impression

Every experience I have had at ITT has been great. The therapists (over the years I've had several) are engaging, professional, helpful, skilled and thorough. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate all of them!

The staff is amazing, they helped me every step of the way. Jenn and Hanna have helped me dearly. The physical therapy assistants are also very helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone.
