Chose Precision Garage Door Service of Pittsburgh because of reputation. Chuck Hummel is my door consultant and was extremely personable, knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to door choice and options. It couldn't have been an easier experience with everything explained along the way, in detail. Chuck is a tremendous asset to this already great company. The pricing is also very reasonable. Precision Garage Door Service of Pittsburgh! 5 stars. Update: Still 5 stars. Garage Door installed. Reece was incredibly efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and quickly remidied challenges with the previous older door install. Highly recommend this company.

Other than the delay from the operator who took my call to get a message to a repair person, they came and fixed what needed attention and they inspected both garage doors. It is so convenient of them to have the parts in their van at the time of their visit rather than having to wait for something to be ordered. Aiden was great!

Super experience from start to finish - starting with the quote, the honesty about my garage door issue and a common sense recommendation (instead of recommending a more expensive 2-step process). The installer arrived in the specified time frame and had the job done within 90 minutes! Super efficient. The door looks great!! Very happy with this company.
