“We woke up without power in our two year old house on a hot Friday and our utility company told us multiple times there were no outages, our house looked all good on their end, and to call an electrician. Jeremy was out to our house by early afternoon and went above and beyond to test and double check to find the reason we were without power, which was, in fact, the utility company. He stayed with us, helped us in dealing with our utility company about what exactly needed fixed and didn't leave until they restored power on their end.
