A-1 pro has been the absolute best company to work with after a water damage loss in our bathroom! We had another company originally come in to dry out the property to prevent mold and after they failed to fully dry it out, 3 weeks later we were at risk for mold growth in our walls. I spoke with Isaac and his boss jess who were very professional and came out immediately to finish the job and remove the drywall that had sat wet to avoid any further damage. They listened to all my concerns and addressed them with patience and handled everything for us through the insurance and we will be using them to fix everything as well. I can’t say enough about A1-Pro Restoration, after my pipes froze and burst they were the first company (I was on three lists - ServePro, Service Master and A1-pro) they responded first to help me. Isaac was the ultimate professional, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient, explaining exactly what needed to be done and why.
