Excellent job for my 1910s Philly rowhome. The ORIGINAL roof was underneath 5+ sheets of rubber and Tufano eased my mind about preventing leaks to protect my new renovation. The crew was friendly, professional, clean, and the work is top-notch quality. All of this was at a competitive price. I would highly recommend them.
Excellent roofing company! I didn't know it and the company that replaced my roof a couple of years ago did some poor work. As a result, I had water coming into the house. Tufano responded quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem ON A SUNDAY. They also found another problem I didn't know I had.
The work that was performed was done to a high standard. They responded to all communications in a timely manner.
The 5 star rating they have is no joke. I highly recommend them.
I always judge a company by how they handle themselves when problems arise; that is where you see their true colors. Rick’s team did a great job on my roof, but more importantly, they showed incredible integrity when an issue came up.
We share a wall with our neighbor, and some of the work completed at my house accidentally caused an issue for their home. With just one phone call to Taffano, he immediately took ownership and worked quickly to resolve it.
Problems are bound to happen, but it is reassuring to know that this team will do whatever it takes to make things right. I highly recommend them!
