Dr Lingenfelter is the BEST! Professional, confident and easy to talk to. BUT his staff is NOTHING but an embarrassment to ALL the doctors! We've stood at the window and watched the receptionist pick the phone up and hang up! Not just once or in one visit! TO GET IN TOUCH WITH his"office assistant" is disastrous, since you have to CONSTANTLY call back several times! She admitted that her job was "shew too much for anyone to handle"! The audacity was when the assistant said "I have 80-100 messages a day, it takes me WEEKS to get to! We've had her call us and swears that we called and left a message....NOT! Great doctors, ALL OF THEM, but to have such a dysfunctional staff embarrassed me for them.
