I am so happy to have found Go Roostr! I had no idea what I was going to do with my old, broken laptop. I was concerned about safe recycling, but also potential data issues (since I couldn't re-start it) - and I didn't just want to throw it in the garbage. What do I recommend about GoRoostr? In a word - “Everything!”. Jon and Team are incredibly empathetic toward customers, very professional and extremely punctual in answering inquiries. My broken MacbookPro was several days late in FedEx delivery and Jon actually offered to pay me BEFORE he received it, if it took longer than indicated by FedEx tracers! He constantly went the extra mile in tracing the shipment and keeping me informed via email, text and phone. When it was finally delivered, the money was in my account within 2 hours!! I can’t say enough good about these guys! I am a customer for life!
