I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes to purchase a product and all of the workers ignored me. A woman even came up to the desk and paged through a calendar while I stood there waiting, didn't make eye contact or ask if I needed anything. Honestly it felt like discrimmination because it was pretty obvious Im not their usual clientele. I ended up just walking out

Very disappointed and certainly not worth the money I was charged. I had the hairstylist Jen, color, highlight and cut my hair. I called a few days later to have my bangs cut more piecy and show her the problem with the color. I went in and showed her the color did not cover my gray and the highlights were uneven. Her comment was next time you come in we'll use a darker base for the gray, and sometimes you cannot get even highlights when you've used box color on your hair. I think and others agree with me for all the money that I spent she should've offered to fix/redo my hair at no cost. She also did not understand how to cut into the bang to make it piecy, and used a thinning shears which was better but not exactly what I wanted. Being very unhappy with my results from Jen at Bella Gente, I went to Karen James at Hair Fashion Studio. She completely covered my gray, fixed my highlights and cut my bang the way I wanted it and overall did a fabulous job! Bella Gente is NOT a repeat!

Unprofessional. Called to book an appointment and heard the front desk woman (who is elderly) and the stylist conversing about not wanting to make my appointment. Next time you may want to be sure you have the phone on hold ;) Obviously a lazy stylist if you only prefer easy hair types to color, cut and style. Another salon took me immediately and the experience was professional and no cattiness going on with talking about other clients in front of existing clients, let alone while the client is on the phone.
