Ive been going here since it first opened. I bought the unlimited basic car wash which is a great deal.
They offer free vacuums and the owner and everyone who works there is super nice!
Third time this billing cycle that I’ve waited 20-30 minutes in queue at the wash due to the door not opening for myself or customers in front of me. After hours support is always helpful but it’s a waste of your paying customers time and money. Fix your equipment.
I come here once in a while and usually happy with the results. Today touchiness wash didn’t seem to work properly. There was no pressure, just got sprayed with soap and water. Car came out as dirty as i cane in. Washing arm had cover pieces missing and you can see wires exposed which was unsettling. To make things worse only few vacuum spots were opened, the rest was chained off and had cones in it.
This wash was a waste of time and money for me. Not giving 1 star because i had previous positive experiences
