Hello, Not sure who should be receiving this, but I wanted to let you know that the crew that was at my house today for weatherization were amazing! From the first guy who came and greeted me, to their pulling out of my driveway, each person was so polite and knowledgeable of their work. I asked a few questions and received prompt replies. I so appreciate all the quality work I received today, as well and their hustle. They were all doing different jobs at the same time and were finished in a few hours. Having worked in the energy efficiency industry my whole life, I decided it was time to tackle improving the 100-year-old home my husband and I bought during the pandemic. I knew it wouldn’t be easy: our home is a quad, three stories with a flat roof, knee walls, and no access hatches at all. I know all about the theory of building science, but putting it into practice, in my complicated home, gave me pause. Thanks to the expert guidance of my energy auditor (Scott Sidlow of Solstice Home Performance), and the skills and dedication of the crew from MT Weatherization, we were able to bring my house into 21st century! The customer service is probably the worst part of this company. Every time I call(which is not often) the lady's seem irritated that they have to figure out what's happening. I've been given different and misleading information with every call.They will never call back, which is probably the most irritating part. I was waiting for decisions, dates and answers so that I can find alternative solutions for what I needed done.I was apart of the WRAP program with PPL. So I felt like they belittled me. As if I should be grateful I'm receiving this FREE service. Meanwhile they're still being paid for it, even if it's not by me.The inspectors who... read full review
