Everyone was cordial and great from the onset; Brett coming out and giving an estimate on-the-spot (came out a couple of times for add-ons); Kevin and another guy came to double-check measurements; the brother installers (Vince and brother) were awesome working in snow, wind chills, cold, etc. to get the job done.
