I couldn't be happier with Couch Potato. The whole process was very laid back which was exactly what we needed. After a nightmare situation with dealing with an insurance claim, Tom and the crew were very patient with us. Zero pressure....Tom even went to multiple locations to try and match our current flooring. Install day was great. The crew did everything right and it turned out perfectly. I highly recommend Couch Potato. They'll be our first call when we decide to redo the floors upstairs.
